Sales, Marketing & Distribution Team
Sales, marketing and distribution team-hierarchy is based on a world-class model. It consists of the following:
Director of Sales; who has long sales experience gained in major local companies
Director of marketing; who has strong contact with leading marketing-agencies to enable implementing the company’s crowded marketing-plan.
Sales Supervisors; (10 members), who follow-up daily activities of sales & distribution teams for Cash-Van sales channel.
Cash-van salesmen; (72 members); who perform sales & distribution of goods all-over governorates and cities, achieve the daily sales targets and report their results to their respective sales supervisors.
Key-account salesmen; (5 members), who cover corporates (big-buyers channel) all-over governorates and cities, achieve sales targets assigned to this channel and directly report to the sales director.
Wholesale-outlets salesmen; (12 members), who cover all wholesales shops and outlets all-over governorates and cities, achieve sales targets assigned to this channel and directly report to the sales manager.
Distribution drivers; (20 members), who deliver and convey ordered-goods to customer-locations.
Distribution Assistants; (20 coworkers), who assist the drivers of the 20 large vehicles to handling goods conveyed to their final destination.
Merchandisers; (20 members), who merchandise goods on shelves to secure maximum foot-hold, shelf facing and exposure to customers.
Inventory Department Team
This team consists of the Supply-Chain manager, supervisors and senior officers. This department includes; purchase, demand-panning, freight, logistic, warehouse in-bound/out-bound and delivery fleet/transportation activities. It is subject to continuous auditing performed by quality management system.
Financial Department Team
This team consists of financial manager, eight other qualified accountants and controllers. In addition to the financial duties, this department supports sales-operations. It is subject to continuous auditing performed by external certified audit bureau.
HR and Administrative Department Team
This team consists of the Administrative Director, qualified HR officers and payroll / administrative officers. It is subject to continuous auditing performed by quality management system.
Sales team
